DNA Activation and the Divine Shifts:
 - Nutritional Support for Transition -

Our bodies are magnificent vehicles that we use to travel through our lives. When we think of vehicles we think of the cars that we use for transportation. We all know that our cars will last longer if we keep them maintained, with regular check ups, oil changes, etc. We listen to the 'noises' that our cars make and we respond to what they need, and when we wear them out, we discard them and get a new one. Unfortunately, it is not that easy for us to replace our life vehicles.

Many of us tend to take our bodies for granted. If we listened to them the way we listen to our cars, we would be a lot healthier and happier and we would have a higher quality of life in our later years.

Let us take a minute to think about how a cut on our finger heals. It really is a pretty miraculous process, and we don't even give it a thought, we just expect it to happen. Our bodies have this miraculous ability to repair and rejuvenate itself and it does, over and over again, even though we do not always maintain it the proper way. Alas, after years of exterior stresses, (both mentally and physically), nutritional deficiencies, and not hearing or ignoring the signals our bodies gave us, the miraculous process starts to break down. Today our bodies need support to handle various stresses, poor diets and shifting energies.

There are many people that do not know how to read the more subtle signals that the body sends out. Until the body screams at us through a crisis, many miss the early warning signs along the way. Things such as cravings, mood swings, fatigue and being over sensitive are all signs of nutritional imbalance that many people are too quick to ignore or associate these signs with ''that's just life", or "well, I am getting older". By paying attention to these subtle warning signs and taking action to maintain the body's intricate ecosystem we can actually slow down the aging process.

Stress and Nutrition

The Adrenal Glands:

Life is stress! Whether it is minor or major, positive or negative, just about every life experience causes the body to respond. Negative stress that overwhelms a person or goes on for prolonged periods can result in chronic anxiety, nutrient deficiencies, suppressed immune system and susceptibility to physical and emotional disease.

It is our experience that there is not enough attention or importance paid to the balance and maintenance of the Adrenal Glands. The adrenal glands secrete adrenaline and other stress hormones that influence nearly every bodily function.

This is an important statement to send home with you. The adrenal glands secrete adrenaline and other stress hormones that influence nearly every bodily function.

After many years of ups and downs, both physical and emotional, along with inadequate nutritional support, our adrenal glands end up becoming depleted and run down. For most people by the time they reach their 30's, this depletion is becoming critical, usually as a result of poor nutritional support, lack of nutritional education and the feeling that you are still very healthy. Adrenal support is ongoing and the depletion is an accumulative effect, we do not notice the signs until we are in need of adrenal support to keep us going.

By the time you are in your 40's, you start to notice that fatigue sets in faster and faster and with less exertion. You start to notice you are emotionally sensitive to situations that never used to faze you when you were in your 20's. Society in general tells you, "This is what happens when you get old." We need to take a look at the adrenal glands and reestablishing the optimal nutritional status that they require before we write it off as old age. It only goes to figure that if the adrenal glands are designed to support the stress that the body is under, be it physical or emotional, maintaining nutritional support for this function just plain makes sense.

Symptoms and disorders related to "Adrenal Burn-out":

"Anxiety, Arthritis, Autoimmune Diseases, Chronic Fatigue, Colitis, Depression, Eating Disorders, Escalating Allergies, Hives, Esophageal Reflux, Fatigue, Fibromyalgia, Gastrointestinal Dysfunction, Headaches & Migraines, Hypoglycemia and Type II Diabetes, Inability to make Healthy Cognitive Choices, Infections such as recurrent Herpes, Yeast & Respiratory, Infertility, Insomnia & Fatigue, Irrational Fears, Irregular Menses, Low Sex Drive, Metabolic Problems, Mood Disorders, Muscle Spasms, Palpitations, Premature Heart Disease, Sciatica, Stiff Neck, Sweating (excessive), Temporomandibular Joint Syndrome (TMJ), Water Retention, Weight Fluctuations -Gain or Loss". 1.

How to support the Adrenal Glands:

We all need nutritional supplementation these days. Taking a quality multi-vitamin in capsule form (capsules assimilate in the body easier) can be considered a necessity for everyone these days, as well as extra help for each individual's specific needs.

There are various products available called Adrenal Complex that can help to enhance and boost the Adrenal function. This type of nutritional support product is worth looking into.

Proteins, Vitamins B & C:

Proteins and Vitamins B & C are three of the most important nutritional support components that we can use for an optimal functioning nervous system. The nervous system is what triggers the Adrenal glands to activate. There is something else we all need to be aware of, and that is when one aspect of the body e.g. the adrenal glands, can no longer produce the hormones or support required to handle the body's demands, the body will draw from other organs and areas of the body to meet the current requirements. This process, if continued, will then deplete those organs and leave the body open for the onset of disease.

Protein:

Protein is the second most plentiful substance in our bodies (after water) and constitutes roughly one-fifth of our weight. Muscles, skin, hair, nails, eyes and enzymes are mostly protein. Protein is essential to forming infection-fighting antibodies; it is also essential to growth and maintenance of all tissues. Proteins are the major constituents of every living cell and body fluid except bile and urine.

Thus, the continuous cell building and regeneration, that is the basic building blocks for life, requires continuous supplies of proteins. Twenty amino acids are required to build protein; the body synthesizes half and the rest must be supplied in order to keep the cell-building process functioning. Foods that supply all the essential amino acids and therefore are considered high-quality protein sources include meat, chicken, fish, milk and milk products and eggs. Plant foods such as grains, legumes and soybeans provide excellent protein, but must be combined to provide all of the essential amino acids. Sufficient protein is a major consideration for vegetarians or others on restricted diets and is why supplementation is a necessity. There are a wide variety of protein powders and drink products on the market that can be useful for supplementation of protein.

B Vitamins:

The B vitamins are needed for optimal functioning of the nervous system. Poor dietary intake of these nutrients or a relative deficiency caused by consuming a nutrient-poor, high-calorie diet, alters nerve function and increases the likelihood of stress-related symptoms, such as depression and irritability.

Stress and anxiety also deplete B vitamins. Learning to properly manage the stress in our lives by taking the time to rejuvenate through meditation and relaxation techniques are very powerful ways to support the nervous systems along with the nutritional support. We have also found that soothing music, sound frequencies and energy balancing technologies can assist with stress reduction and balance.

Vitamin C:

During periods of physical and emotional stress, the small tissue stores of Vitamin C are depleted through increased metabolic activities or as a result of poor dietary intake. Increased intake of Vitamin C during stress, be it mental, emotional, illness or physical activity, can reduce the harmful effects on the stress hormones and improve the body's ability to effectively handle the stress response. Maintaining a consistent level of Vitamin C in the body will support the adrenal glands' ability to function as well as boosting the Immune System.

These are just a few supplements that should give our 'life vehicles' a boost, keeping in mind that everyone of us is different and will have unique nutritional needs. Sound frequencies are another way to assist the body to rebalance and support its requirements. For example, Vitamin C resonates at 174 hz. Stephen, at Inner Soulutions is researching and working on CD's to help with various physical symptoms using frequencies along the same concepts as the Golden Signature Tone TM CD's and will post this information to our website as it becomes available.

There are also many people who have heard the call and are making the transition to Lightbody. The results of this and the DNA Activation that accompanies this transition, creates a variety of physical sensations and biological changes to occur in the body during this process. These symptoms experienced are similar to those mentioned in the article earlier. The changes that people experience vary in their intensity. This range of physical sensations, in our experience, is directly influenced by the degree of Adrenal Gland 'burn out'. When nutritional support is applied in the format described, we have seen these symptoms lessen or disappear completely in people. It makes sense that with the cellular recalibration with the DNA activation and the other energetic and metabolic changes with this ascension work, that support to an already nutritionally depleted system would be helpful.

In this article, we have just touched on some nutritional ideas to help you to cope, not only with the life process, but also for those of us actively involved in the Transition to Lightbody. Nutritional supplementation is an important part of maintaining a healthy and high quality, disease-free life. We will continue to offer support and information through our newsletters and on the websites at www.innersoulutions.org and www.dnaactivation.info. We hope this is helpful and we encourage you to explore further.
